Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Any applicable rates for other destinations are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, United States orders typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, and peak periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Multiple items

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet shipped.

We are not able to reroute or refund parcels lost due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building management first, then contact us. We will help you open a claim with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are not within our control.
